My favorite property in Ayia Napa. Perfect hotel with EXCEPTIONALLY NICE staff at the reception desk and free Wi-Fi. Favourable and perfect location, pubs and bars so close to the property. Great vacation in this fairly nice area. A wide range of goodies for breakfast.

we appreciated it and recommend the place. everything was really good, magnificent location next to the downtown area, the bars and the store in the morning, fairly nice experience. the breakfast was savoury and particularly nice, the check in was easy. it was so sweet to get ironing free of charge too.

Big, well-equipped apartment. Good location near party spots but not noisy. Nice pool and balconies for breakfast and pre-games. Early check-in and late check-out options available. Friendly and helpful staff.

We had a great time at Pavlinia Hotel & Apartments. The location was ideal, being close to the main street and nightlife. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the food was good. The option of two pool areas was a plus, especially the chill pool for those looking for a quieter experience. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, ensuring that our two-bedroom room was cleaned daily. The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to both the vibrant nightlife and the stunning beaches of this fabulous island.
